Buying or Selling a Vehicle

There are two (2) ways you can get your World of Freight vehicle:

  1. Mint a New Vehicle

  2. Buy via OpenSea

Mint a New Vehicle

You can currently Mint a World of Freight vehicle for 0.08 ETH via our website.

In essence, Minting an NFT is a fancy term for "creating a digital collectable onto the blockchain".

  • This means that at the time of Minting, our website will send a request to our server for creating a new digital World of Freight vehicle NFT that will be sent to your wallet.

Minting itself works in four (4) easy steps:

  1. Go to the World of Freight Minting page.

  2. Click on Connect Wallet and choose your digital wallet.

  3. Select the amount of NFTs you would like to get.

  4. Click on Mint and confirm your transaction via the wallet.

Buy (or Sell) via OpenSea

All existing World of Freight vehicles are viewable on OpenSea, a trusted secondary marketplace partner for buying and selling vehicles.

When making a purchase or sale on OpenSea, always ensure you are using the official World of Freight contract. You can identify the correct contract by checking that the contract information is the same as in our Official Links.

For buying an existing vehicle via OpenSea:

  1. Go to OpenSea.

  2. Search for World of Freight to view the genesis collection.

  3. Filter vehicles by various categories to find the right one for your fleet.

  4. Click on the vehicle you want and “Buy now”, then verify the transaction.

For selling an existing vehicle on OpenSea:

  1. Go to your OpenSea account page.

  2. Search for World of Freight to find your vehicles.

  3. Filter vehicles by various categories to find the right one you want to sell.

  4. Click on the vehicle you want to sell and then click on “Sell.”

  5. Choose the price you want to list your vehicle for.

  6. Choose the duration of how long you want it to be listed.

  7. Click on "Complete listing" and verify the transaction.

Please note, if you’ve never sold on OpenSea before, you’ll need to initialize your wallet first. Also, if the item you are listing was not minted on OpenSea, but through a custom contract, there may be an additional approval and signature required to allow OpenSea to trade the item on your behalf. A few things to note:

  • Avoid purchasing fake World of Freight vehicles by ensuring you are only purchasing from the official contract noted above.

  • All World of Freight vehicles are owned by the fleet owners and viewable on OpenSea.

  • Vehicles listed by fleet owners and marked as "Buy Now" allow you to purchase them instantly.

  • Other vehicles listed by fleet owners may only be available for negotiated offers.

  • OpenSea charges a fee of 2.5% (which may vary).

  • World of Freight takes 5.0% of any trade in OpenSea.
