An NFT stands for "Non-fungible token" and is a fancy way of saying it's a unique, one of a kind digital item that users can buy, own, and trade. Some NFTs main functions are to be digital art and look fantastic. Some offer additional utility like exclusive access to websites or participation in an event; consider it a rare piece of art that acts as a "members" card.
A digital wallet is needed to store your ETH and purchase or mint a World of Freight NFT. Having a wallet gives you an Ethereum address (i.e. 0xABCD….1234), and this is where your NFT will be stored.
We suggest using , which exists both as a plugin extension that lives within your web browser and as a mobile application that lives within your phone which can interact with the blockchain.
There are also other wallets that you can use to interact with the World of Freight ecosystem, including or . However, we recommend using the MetaMask Wallet as it is most widely used at the moment.
Your World of Freight NFT will appear in whatever address or connected wallet you used to purchase the vehicle. You can see your World of Freight vehicles on Opensea:
World of Freight NFT Collection consists of 10'000 unique vehicles, all generated with randomized traits at the mint.
Each vehicle is unique and programmatically generated from 224 possible traits, including different vehicles, slogans, cargo and more. In addition, the vehicles will come with some extra characteristics that might become very important in future expansions.
Also, it's important to note that we have saved 167 NFTs for giveaways & rewards for the community.
Minting a vehicle costs 0.08 ETH + gas (no bonding curve or FOMO pricing).
You will get:
To earn $Wof tokens for each day that you hodl the NFTs, which will have various use cases.
To use your World of Freight vehicle NFT in any way you want.
Access to a community of freight frens with an opportunity to participate in AirDrops and giveaways, as well as access to members-only merch store, NFT breeding and of course, early access to Supplain Protocol's services.
In essence, Supplain will become a blockchain protocol that’s specialized in supporting the needs of the entire supply chain ecosystem, aiming to give its users full data ownership, enterprise-level security and overall sustainability.
At the launch of Supplain's token, World of Freight NFT owners will also be airdropped Supplain's tokens, according to the amount of NFTs they have and some additional rules.
Supplain's whitepaper, along with a more specific tokenomics plan, will be launched soon.
$WOF utility token is the primary fuel for everything in the World Of Freight ecosystem.
Its utility ranges from being the payment method for upgrading the vehicles at the Garage to being the reward for winning the tournaments at the Racing Arena. When sending their vehicle to the Junkyard, one also needs to surrender their $WOF tokens.
In the future, $WOF Tokens will also be used for entering into paid race events or leasing other people's World of Freight vehicles for the race events.
For each day that you hodl your World of Freight NFT, the vehicle collects you 25 $WOF tokens. These $WOF tokens are initially be added to the vehicle owner's unclaimed balance, and they need to be claimed before they are usable.
That said, there is no need to stake the vehicles - just hodl them.
To claim, click on "Claim all" and a transaction will pop up in your digital wallet that must be confirmed. Again, make sure to not cheap out on gas and do not spam the "Claim all" button!
It makes sense to let the unclaimed $WOF token balance grow before you claim them to save on gas fees. Unclaimed $WOF tokens are tied to the initial ETH address and are not transferred with WOF vehicles. When a WOF Vehicle is transferred to a new address, the new address will now yield its $WOF.

Until we're minted out, the reward you'll get is going to be a randomly minted new World of Freight vehicle.
In the future, we'll be adding different, higher-level rewards there - e.g. tuned up vehicles, FreightPunks etc. More details will be announced after all unminted vehicles get minted.
Yes, upgrading your vehicle's and background's colour will affect your NFT's rarity.
However, changing the name of the vehicle does not change its rarity.
