# $WOF Overview

$WOF is an ERC-20 token built on the Ethereum blockchain. It is the primary fuel for everything in the World Of Freight universe. And it is already out there!

People can use $WOF tokens for [customizing vehicles](/world-of-freight/customizing-vehicles/customizing-a-vehicle.md), [racing with vehicles](/world-of-freight/racing-with-vehicles/racing-a-vehicle.md) and [swapping vehicles](/world-of-freight/buying-and-selling-vehicles/junkyard.md). In the future, the tokens might give access to other exclusive experiences, items, perks, content and more within the World of Freight ecosystem.

You can get $WOF Tokens via earning them by owning a World of Freight NFT vehicle, winning the race events in the Racing Arena or swapping them from [WETH to $WOF via Uniswap](https://info.uniswap.org/#/polygon/pools/0x9b1d03edc33482468463da4ca689915f3c40944f).
